Hi. My name is Animesh Koratana. I am a first year student at Stanford University studying computer science.
I use theoretical and computational tools to study the structure of intelligent computation in high-dimensional neural systems to help us better understand our minds.
My current interests lie in machine learning: specifically computer vision and natural language processing. I have done some work in computer vision, distillation, and sentiment analysis using many tools including unsupervised learning, RNNs and CNNs.
I am currently a researcher at the Stanford InfoLab, a part of the Stanford DAWN initiative, working on building accessible and scalable data-intensive machine learning platforms for industry. My work here is being advised by Peter Bailis, Matei Zaharia, and Daniel Kang.
